How it works
Simply walk up or make a reservation at either our Alameda or Sausalito location.
To receive a special veterans discount at Sea Trek, veterans and active service members can show any of the following:
- Military ID Card (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, or Retired)
- Veterans ID Card (VIC)
- VA Health Identification Card (VHIC)
- DD214 Form (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- Veteran Designation on state-issued driver’s license or ID card
Present any of these documents when upon arrival to receive the discount for your rental. This discount only extends to the service member themselves and unfortunately can’t be applied to other members in their group.

Level 2 - Introductory Sea Kayaking Class Required
These trips are designed for people looking to expand their paddling skills and to see new areas around San Francisco Bay. We use single traditional kayaks for these trips. Check individual trips for specific prerequisites.
Level 3 - Intermediate and or Advanced Sea Kayaking Class Required
